I took this picture with my manual SLR 35mm camera. I used 2 Cokin filters; a color tint filter and a starburst filter.
Update: dust clean-up

location: Seven Seas Lagoon at Disney World, taken from the top of the Contemporary Hotel facing the Grand Floridan.
